Bridgeway member, Caroline Mugai, returned to Kenya and established BCT in 2002 to serve the orphans of the Kawangware Slum in the Dagoretti district of northern Nairobi. BCT provides for orphans to receive adequate medical care, schooling, and supplies in order to bring hope, 'turning scars into stars'. Bridgeway is BCT's partner in this mission to love the children of Kawangware and to see them grow into followers of Jesus.
